Description
Crown Dr. Fixit Super Latex is a multipurpose latex-based construction product formulated for waterproofing, bonding and repair applications.
It provides strong adhesion between old and new concrete, plaster and other cementitious surfaces, making it suitable for repairing spalled concrete on floors, slabs, columns and beams. It can also be used for waterproofing areas such as bathrooms, toilets, balconies, small terraces and other locations susceptible to dampness or water penetration.
When incorporated into cement-based repair systems, it helps improve durability, reduce shrinkage and cracking, increase abrasion resistance and strengthen the bond of repair mortar.
